This pocket park is just north of Mifflin Square.  It has a few benches to sit on and a long triangle of grass.  But what got my attention were the two turtles and one seal statute.  How cute!  I thought, as Zora and I pulled up to the park.  But moments later, I saw that all three had been decapitated.  Man, South Philly.  It’s a rough place.
